Cabinet Enclosure

The PC Enclosures (Design PC) offered by us are known for providing Better IP Protection up to IP55-67. Our enclosures provide IP_ IP55-67degree of protection of equipment in accordance with IEC 529 and BS 5490 standards. These enclosures comprises monitor compartment door for hand free operation, which can be operated by gas spring cylinder. Further, these also comprise Rubber bidding less glass and Sliding keyboard drawers. We can manufacture our PC Enclosure systems and Cabinet in all the three designs namely modular frame structure or modular closed side or single body design. We also provide Industrial Fabricators, Steel Fabricators and Sheet Metal Fabricator. Our team provide wide range of cabinets and also provide cabinets for control panels.

PC Enclosures Comprises:

Monitor compartment door that can be operated by gas spring cylinder (for hands free operation)
Rubber bidding less glass /acrylic gives attractive look & fits easily
Sliding keyboard drawer

Drive Automation Enclosures

The quality Modular Frame Structures offered by us are manufactured using high-grade CRCA sheets. These are appreciated for quality features, such as sturdy construction, durable, perfect strength to weight ratio and better ingress protection. We offer these structures in standard and customized options as per the requirements of our clients.

Sub-assemblies of Modular Frame Structures:

Frame structure: Manufactured using 3.00 thick folded CRCA sheet with vertical and horizontal (depth) indexing holes of diameter 9.0 and 4.2 with pitch of 12.5 mm
Base: Manufactured using 3.00 thick folded sheets with removable front and rear cover in 2.00 thick
Door: Front & rear single door / split door / partial door in 2.00 thick CRCA sheet with support channels, sheet metal special hinges, 3/4 point handle lock
Cover: Front fixed bolted cover in 2.00 thick for instrumentation panel in place of door, when door not necessary at rear screwed cover in 1.5 thick
Gland plate: Varying combination like, Folded CRCA bottom cover or Slotted / perforated (for ventilation from bottom if required) bottom cover in 1.5 thick
Side cover: Screwed side cover in 1.5 thick CRCA sheet
Top cover: in 1.5 thick CRCA bolted in lifting eye bolts itself
"C Plate : In 2.00 thick / 3.00 thick as per requirement maximum size is (W-100) x (H-100)
Inter panel separator: Made in 1.5thick vertical or horizontal
Lifting eye bolts: Hooks are used for normal weight & heavy duty angles for bigger enclosures
19" Rack: Din Standard 19" equipment mounting arrangement is possible.
19"Swing frame: suitable for 19" mounting in width and height as per the requirements of our clients

Points to be noted related to size:

Up to 1000 mm width single door can be provided & for width above 1000 mm split doors are recommended

Wall Mounting/ Small Boxes Enclosure

The wall mounting/small boxes enclosure designed by us is pre assembled individual units and they are available in different types like for load break switches etc. Their support frame is made using stainless steel where the support frame consists of at least two horizontal C profiles. They are provided with different accessories like fixation bracket, vertical z-profile, stand support etc. We make them using good quality materials and they are offered at an industrially competitive price.

Automation / SPM Enclosure

We offer quality Modular Closed Side Design (MCS) that are appreciated for features such as sturdy construction, durable, perfect strength to weight ratio and better IP protection. The top cover of these are provided for cable entry from top and we can either punch slots or mount perforated sheet for ventilation purpose. We offer these MCS in standard and customized options as per the requirements of our clients.

Sub-assemblies:

Since this is closed side design, sides are not removable
Non-removable top cover cutout with removable plate can be provided for cable entry from top and for ventilation purpose we can either punch slots or mount perforated sheet
Two or more enclosures can be joint together as per the requirement
Base, doors, gland plates, 'C' plates, lifting arrangement, 19" Rack, 19" frame swing frame same as that for modular frame structure design
